Weapons, sUAS, and Armor Training
What We Do.
Battlefield Vegas Training delivers one-of-a-kind, hands-on instruction with foreign weapon systems, armor platforms, and sUAS/FPV operations — training that is not available anywhere else in CONUS.
We specialize in custom, mission-specific packages designed to prepare your personnel to fight and win in today’s dynamic, near-peer battlefield. Our courses provide in-depth, realistic training on confronting hostile adversaries, defeating near-peer threats, and effectively coordinating with partner forces. Our experienced team of instructors is dedicated to delivering the highest-quality training experience possible. The sUAS/FPV program covers small, medium, and large drone systems and their full operational capabilities. Students learn to fly and employ one-way offensive drones, while simultaneously sharpening skills with foreign and non-standard weapons, kit, vehicles, and armor. All training is conducted in daylight, low-light, and complete blackout conditions so your teams are truly prepared for 24-hour operations.
All training is restricted to current U.S. military personnel, DoD-contracted employees, and select federal law enforcement agencies.
Over the last ten years, we have provided training to the following:
DOE, USA 3 SFG(A), USA 5 SFG(A), USA 10 SFG(A), USA 379 GLD/5 B, USA NTC Cadre, USAF ACC 58, USAF ACC 549 CTS/DO, USAF ACC 20 ATKS/C, USAF ACC 6 CTS/CC, USAF ACC 15 ATKS/ADO, USAF ACC 432 WG/SEF, USAF 556 SQ, USAF 303 FS, the Royal Air Force (UK), German Bundeswehr, USMC 4th LAR Battalion, and more.
Our services
Foreign Weapons Course
Our Foreign Weapons / Non-Standard Weapons training programs provide air and ground personnel with comprehensive familiarization on foreign and irregular weapon systems commonly encountered in global operational environments. Instruction includes weapons history and proliferation, assembly and disassembly, system function and employment characteristics, safe disabling procedures, and VIS/RECCE identification.
Courses are mission-tailored to meet unit-specific operational requirements and threat profiles.

- Ukraine Conflict Course
- M134 “Minigun” Course
Foreign Armor Course
The Armor Familiarization and Training course provides comprehensive instruction for both air and ground elements, developing an in-depth understanding of friendly and adversary armored platforms. The course expands upon standard VIS/RECCE training, integrating platform recognition with hands-on operational context. Students receive instruction on the operation and crew functions of representative armored vehicles to better understand crew roles, system capabilities, and vulnerabilities, enhancing both ground maneuver awareness and sUAS-supported reconnaissance operations.
This training enables students to more effectively identify, assess, and support armored elements through integrated air–ground coordination and unmanned systems employment.

sUAS and FPV Drone Training
We offer two distinct sUAS training courses, each focused on a specific operational skill set. The first course concentrates on FPV drone operations, training students to pilot FPV platforms configured with inert payloads to conduct precision engagement simulations against dynamic, moving targets.
The second course focuses on the development of surveillance, reconnaissance, and intelligence (SRI) capabilities through the employment of sUAS equipped with thermal imaging systems during low-light and limited-visibility conditions. Students are trained to detect, classify, and identify personnel and equipment while operating in realistic operational environments.
To enhance realism and contextual awareness, training incorporates night vision devices, inert weapons, and other representative equipment, supporting safe, immersive instruction aligned with real-world mission conditions.
Training Aids, OPFOR, and Contracting Capabilities
We understand the challenges involved in obtaining approval and transporting sensitive equipment across the country to conduct training. To support this process, we provide NVGs, dummy guns, and more to create a more realistic training environment. Our goal is to ensure that students can train in conditions that closely mirror real-world scenarios.
"The training in Las Vegas was top-notch. My experience was beyond what I expected, and the instructors were knowledgeable, professional, and experienced."
