Christian Cheney
Army History
Christian is a former Infantry Officer in the Army, where he served for four and a half years. During his time in the military, he was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment,1BCT, 82nd ABN DIV where he gained leadership experience as a platoon leader in both a rifle platoon and a heavy weapons platoon. For 12 months, he led a 29-man dismounted rifle platoon in Bravo Company, and then took charge of a 14-man mounted heavy weapons platoon in Delta Company for another 12 months.
Battlefield Vegas History
Christian began working at Battlefield Vegas in high school and continued to work there through college until he left for the Army. He worked as an Ammunition Specialist, Weapon Specialist, and HMMWV/M113 mechanic throughout his time working there.

Richard Robl
USMC History
Rich served in various roles in the USMC from heavy equipment operations, Team Lead for Flight Line Operations, to TAD attachment with 1st Marine Raider Battalion.
Battlefield Vegas Training History
Starting off his career as an Ammo Specialist and demonstrating working knowledge of foreign armor, he quickly became a leading expert particularly in Russian armored vehicles. Rich is one of few stateside that has real world, working knowledge of both the mechanical nature of Russian tanks and armor as well as the operations and use of the main armament systems aboard.
Rich has conducted numerous government training classes over the last few years and as second in command to Battlefield’s Armored Section to include:
- Army SOF and Air Force PJ training to include points of vulnerability for disabling and/or expedient demil of armor and weapon systems. Operational knowledge to include driving operations for “tactical acquisition of foreign equipment.” Tactics and uses of armor, both conventional and non-conventional.
- Air Force MQ-9 crew training to include tactics, thermal recognition, and working knowledge of the vehicles they usually only see from above.

Rey Betancourt
USMC History
Rey Betancourt is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Serving as a Sergeant, Betancourt served his time with 1st MarDiv HQBN Truck Company as a Motor T operator.
Battlefield Vegas Training History
Transitioning out of the Marine corps Betancourt started his Career at Battlefield Vegas as a weapons Specialist. Further advancing his career, Betancourt became an Armor Specialist and began training SOF units in Foreign Weapons and Foreign armor. This role demanded an in-depth understanding of various military weaponry and tactics, showcasing his adaptability and growing expertise. Betancourt’s career continued to evolve when he transitioned into his current role of instructor for sUAS (Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) operations. His role notonly highlights his technical expertise but also his ability to mentor and lead the next generation of Military personnel, sharing his knowledge and experience to help them excel in a rapidly changing battlefield. Betancourt also holds his student private pilot license with over 100 flight hours.
